Its unique ridges elevate food, mimicking the indirect heat of traditional grilling, while also allowing fats to drain away, ensuring your food isn't cooked in excess oil. Crafted from matte enamelled cast iron. Compatible with all hobs, including induction and grill. Diameter: 30cm. For care, hand wash only and wipe dry immediately to prevent rust stains.
